You will receive a full refund if any of the following apply:

*You cancel your stork sign rental at least 24 hours in advance
*Extreme weather conditions prevent us from setting up your sign

*You will not receive a refund if any of the following apply:
*We are unable to get into a gated community because we were not given a gate code or it doesn’t work
*The security guard at a gated community refuses to allow us entry
*The homeowner or recipient does not allow us to set up the sign or calls us to request that we pick up the sign prior to the end of the rental period
*If a dog or other animal is threatening or refuses to allow us onto the property.

Yes! We have a few additional sign options to complement your stork or party rental.

The proud big brother(s) and/or sister(s) love being included in the excitement of welcoming their new baby home. Adding one of our Sibling Stars is the perfect way to do that! The stars are $20 each and can be added to your order.

You can also add one of our Message Stars to share who the sign is from or to say, “Welcome Home!” We are happy to help you choose your perfectly customized message.

Don’t leave out your 4-legged children! We also offer Dog Bone signs to help your dog announce the arrival of their new baby.

*Please note: These signs are all add-ons and can only be ordered with a stork

We use our best judgement regarding the placement of your sign. We choose the best possible location for visibility, as well as to ensure that you get great photos! Please let us know if you have a specific spot in mind and we will do our best to accommodate your request. 

Please do not move and/or remove the signs. If you need your sign to be removed before your rental period ends, please call us to arrange pickup. Please use extreme caution when mowing or weed eating near the signs as damage can occur if contact is made with the signs. Do not attach anything to the sign, including balloons. If a balloon pops, the sun will melt the latex into the sign and will result in permanent damage. 

It is not necessary for someone to be home when we deliver or pick up your yard sign. If a gate code is required, please provide that information when placing your order. 

If you notice any damage on the sign please notify Pensacola Storks immediately. Our signs are durable, weather-resistant and designed to last, but they are not designed for climbing. While the sign is on your property, you are completely liable for any damages that may incur or any injuries due to improper use. Thank you in advance for your consideration and cooperation.
